How do I know it's for me?

Does it matter if I'm new to keto?
Nope! If you're just starting out, I give you everything you need to get started. Food lists, macros, and nutrition is all calculated for you, so there is no need to worry.
How much do I have to participate?
It's totally up to you. We think you'll get more out of the program if you complete the full 8 weeks, but you can also just select meals for during the week if necessary.
When can I get started?

How is this different from your meal prep cookbook?
