As a qualified clinical weight loss practitioner, nutritional therapist and dietary supplements advisor, I have the knowledge to refine your journey towards your weight loss goal.

Bi-weekly sessions with me via Video Call

What happens when you have a bad weekend or your schedule changes? Who is there to keep you motivated? Video calls directly with Aaron that last 60 minutes are there to keep you accountable, with unlimited email access.


Recorded Sessions and Online Forms

Recorded sessions with session summary handouts at the end of each video session with your body composition metrics, a record of your progress, your goals for next steps and action points.

When does the program begin?

You are in control as to when the first session begins. After the payment is processed, you will be taken to a page to book in your first appointment. If you cannot start next week, just contact me and I'll organise the payment to be delayed.

How long does the program run for?

The program runs for 8 weeks, with bi-weekly check-ups and 4 video sessions lasting for 60 minutes (and sometimes longer, depending on the level of detail you like to have).

Are you based in Australia?

Yes, I'm based in Australia, but regularly deal with clients in many different time zones, so I'm flexible to suit your schedule. I have clients in the US, Canada, Europe and NZ.
