You are in control as to when the first session begins. After the payment is processed, you will be taken to a page to book in your first appointment. If you cannot start next week, just contact me and I'll organise the payment to be delayed.
The program runs for 8 weeks, with bi-weekly check-ups and 4 video sessions lasting for 60 minutes (and sometimes longer, depending on the level of detail you like to have).
Yes, I'm based in Australia, but regularly deal with clients in many different time zones, so I'm flexible to suit your schedule. I have clients in the US, Canada, Europe and NZ.
